I am a founding member of the Evolution in Action initiative at the University of Jyväskylä. I coordinated the Biology departments activities during European Researcher’s Night from 2016 to 2018, during which more than 20 researchers from the department and thousands of visitors took part in interactive games, laboratory tours, public lectures and hands-on sessions. I also use twitter to try and increase my public engagement, for example by taking part in Biotweeps 2017 conference.
